PHILIPS IMPRESSES ARCHITECTS IN 2010 CONEX EXHIBITWins “Best Booth Award;” generates positive NPS

Philips Lighting, the leading global provider of lighting products and solutions, stood out during the 2010 CONEX Exhibit last April 22-25, 2010 at the SMX Convention Center as it bagged the “Best Booth Award” and gained a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) among exhibit visitors.

The CONEX exhibition is an annual gathering of Filipino architects organized by the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) that features the latest researches, products and developments by different suppliers.

This year’s exhibit was attended by an estimated 2,500 local architects.

LED application solutions were highlighted at the Philips booth where the People Power Monument simulation was the key highlight. It also featured examples on LED projects showing iconic landmarks and monuments that Philips lighted around the world. Interesting executions on Indoor and Outdoor LED lighting applications were integrated in the booth design. Visitor interaction was encouraged with the use of lighted product description panels, “Try Me” key pads for an enhance LED experience, booklets, leaflets and a walk through booth guide. Some of the Philips LED products that were also featured were the Philips iColor Flex, LED Mini 300, LED Cove and Projector Lighting, Master LED Retrofits and the newest product, Master LED tube.

A 35-minute Philips LED presentation also was delivered to some 250 architects. The attending architects were credited with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points necessary for annual renewal of their professional licenses.

The Philips exhibit earned a positive 52% NPS score. Philips was also able to generate a total of 125 potential project leads.

Philips is sure to bring more innovative developments and products to architects in the next year’s exhibit.
